My philosophy and outlook towards coaching is the same as my approach towards everything else in life: it's about a holistic, 360 degree view. Personal Development is as much in the mind as it is in the body. Physical progress is as much in the body as it is in the mind. It's about creating a healthy lifestyle, a healthy mindset and incorporating positive habits that will eventually become 2nd nature to ensure long-term success.
1-ON-1 life COACHING
I live with the belief that we all have the innate power to become the person we most aspire to be. All we need, is to be asked the right questions and get that little push for us to realise that the answers have always been within us. I believe in the balance between mindfulness, mental health and physical health. We all have a struggle; whether it be building and sticking to good habits, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, engaging in nourishing relationships with ourselves and others or pursuing a life we love, every one of us could use just that little bit more guidance. With the one-on-one coaching program we can discover your best route to happiness and success.
3 months 1:1 coaching
This 3-month program has been created to support individuals who are facing a specific challenge in their lives. With 3 months of 1:1 coaching you inner world will shift which will alter the way you see and interact with your outer world.
6 months 1:1 coaching
With 6 months of 1:1 coaching, we dive deep into every intricate details of who you are, why you are, who you want to become and together we build a path of long-lasting change.
LIFE COACHING: WHAT TO EXPECT?
Regardless of the program you choose to pursue, one of the key principles in my coaching is that these are not one-off sessions. You'll have my WhatsApp number and you'll be free to message, voice note, send questions, updates etc. between sessions. Similarly, if I find any resources (podcasts, videos, books) that I think might support you on your journey I'll send them through as well.
After every session I send through a summary document which you're free to alter, edit and add in your own notes. In this document I include some take-homes to do before the next session (ex.: tools to try out, questions to fill out, something to read through, think about, listen to etc.) in order to make sure you keep making strides in your journey.
Both 1:1 coaching programs include weekly sessions in order to keep up moment, keep up engagement and allow us to check-in on what tools are working for you and which ones aren’t. This allows us to make progress faster, as we both use your personal experiences throughout the journey as a way to learn more about what would work for you and what wouldn’t.
CORPORATE TALKS & WORKSHOPS
The Corporate Workshops I offer aim to ignite inspiration, drive, reflection and mental wellbeing. I offer talks and workshops on the topics of work-life balance, finding purpose and delivering value, and stress-management. These workshops are often interactive, allowing groups to discuss thought-provoking topics and reframe their beliefs. Find more information here.
