2021 Pave Your Path Program


2020 was well… what it was. Let’s just say we’re all ready for it to be behind us.

Now what will 2021 be like? Who knows. There are a few things we have no control over; the way the pandemic will evolve, the economic or political state of the world, environmental deterioration… but let’s also look at what we do have control over:

We have control over our outlook, our attitude, how we act and interact. We have full control over the kind of person we become in 2021; the habits we build, the kind of energy we share with others and how we feel. Yes even our feelings.

So let me ask you this: How do you want to feel in 2021? Do you want to feel powerless and subject to the environment, or do you want to turn that upside down and connect with the innate strength, power and positivity within you which will guide you to be the kind of person you look up to?

This is the goal of the 2021 Pave Your Path Program.

In only 4-weeks, this Group Coaching Program will make you feel empowered and inspired, with a roadmap to taking true action to achieving your goals and getting as much out of 2021 as possible.

What is the 2021 Pave Your Path Program?

This is a Group Coaching Program led over 4 weeks from the 4th of January 2021 to the 31st of January 2021. Each week of the Program has a guiding theme, and all the content throughout the week will surround this theme. The Program includes the following:

  • 1 weekly Group Coaching Session hosted by Victoria on Zoom every Monday at 18h00 (04.01.21, 11.01.21, 18.01.21, 25.01.21) duration: 1 hour

  • 1 weekly Power Chat Session hosted by Victoria on Zoom with a guest expert (06.01.21, 16.01.21, 20.01.21, 27.01.21) duration: 45 minutes

  • Weekly Exclusive Guide Books & Journaling Exercises related to our topic of the week

  • Extra program exclusive pre-recorded media such as guided videos, yoga flows, meditations etc. related to the topic of the week

  • Private Facebook Group where participants are encouraged to share wins, progress and questions. I will be answering questions on the group as well as posting additional resources. The Group Coaching Sessions + Power Chats will be recorded and uploaded onto the Facebook Group for future reference.

Your Coach

Your coach Victoria will be guiding you through the Group Coaching Sessions every Monday on the theme of the week. She will also be your main contact person for the program where you will be able to ask as questions both during the Group Coaching Sessions but also on the Facebook Group throughout the program.

Your Experts

Your Experts will be taking part in the Weekly Power Chats. Every week, Victoria will be speaking with one of the experts to give you an even deeper dive into the theme of the week as well as shedding light on a different point of view. Your experts are here to also help you gage which direction you may want to take in 2021 and if you would benefit from extra support.

Power Chat Sessions

  • Every week a different expert will be joining for the Power Chat Session hosted on Zoom

  • The Power Chat will be an interview between the expert and Victoria based on your questions

  • You’ll be invited to ask your questions ahead of time on the Facebook Group which will build the basis for the interview and will have extra time for Q&A at the end of the Power Chat

  • All the speakers joining us are experts in their field I encourage you to use these Power Chat sessions to meet them virtually and ask yourself if their support would benefit you depending on your goals

Group Coaching Sessions

  • Every Monday of the program

  • Lead by Victoria Sardain, hosted on Zoom

  • These sessions will be limited to 10-12 participants to keep the sessions intimate

  • A combination of workshops and exercises

  • Engaging, reflective and interactive activities

  • You’ll be invited to participate, share and ask questions if you’re comfortable to, however you’re also welcome to take this as a more introspective time

  • Have a notebook and pen ready to follow along with the exercises and take notes on tools, tips & strategies shared

Support Resources

  • You will have access to a folder full of support resources every week which will be in line with the theme of the week sent by email

  • Support resources include weekly journaling guides, guidebooks and Personal Development exercises

  • You’ll also receive support media material such as guided videos, yoga flows and meditations which have been created specifically for the program to support your journey

  • Extra resources will include relevant podcasts, articles and clips which will take your development to a whole new level

Private Facebook Group

  • This will be our space for communication during the program

  • It will be the place for you to ask questions, ask for clarification, share your wins and solidify your engagement and progress

  • Extra resources as well as session recaps will be posted on this group

  • Before the Power Chat Sessions you will be asked to write any questions you have for the expert ahead of time


FAQ

Q: I work / study full-time…can I still join the program? How much of a time commitment is it?
A: This program is built to fit into your current busy life. The only fixed time commitments include a 1 hour session on Monday evenings and another 45 minute session during the week. The rest is for you to include as you see fit. If you can put 5-10 minutes a day aside to work on the weekly journaling guide and extra exercises, that’s great. Otherwise know that you have access to all the material forever and can always go back on it whenever. There will be lots of extra resources for those who want to really dive deep and take an extra hour a day in the evening to squeeze the absolute most out of this experience, but everyone has different lifestyles, schedules and time constraints. The amount of time you have isn’t what’s important, what’s important is that you feel committed to making real change in your life and that you feel ready to shed some layers of skin off. We’re going all in…

Q: How many people is the program limited to?
A: There is no limit on how many people can join the program however the Monday Group Coaching Sessions will be limited to 10-12 pax to make sure that is stays intimate and that everyone can ask questions.

Q: What if I can’t attend one/some of the Live sessions? Will I be able to access them later?
A: Yes! I recommend attending most if not all of the Live sessions since it’s really what will drive you to make huge progress in just 4 short weeks, however if you can’t attend one/some of the sessions no worries, a downloadable video will be posted on our Facebook Group the following day.

Q: What if I don’t have a Facebook account? Can I still join the program?
A: Of course! Facebook will be our space for communication for the program, but all the most important material such as journaling guides and support media material will be sent by email. Getting a Facebook account is free, so if you want to join into the conversation, consider creating a free account for the duration of the program and you can delete it after.

Q: What if I’m new to the world of Personal Development?
A: Even better! There is no prior knowledge or experience needed to join this program. If you’re completely new to the world of Personal Development, make sure you schedule in a little bit of extra time to really step back and soak everything in. We’re going to be digging deep…
