As the year comes to an end, it’s easy to simply take the holidays as a time to sleep as much as possible and lose track of what time it is, or how many days in a row have you worn those sweat pants. Don’t let the following year roll on without taking a mini-moment to yourself to sit, think and reflect over the past 365 days.

Find yourself a comfortable space, turn your phone on airplane mode, put all distractions aside, and ask yourself the following 10 questions…

  8. List 5 people who truly shaped and altered your year…

  9. What’s a new positive habit you’ve picked up this year that you want to keep next year?

  10. Something you want to leave behind and not bring with you into next year…
